Bookings & Reservations
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we operate on a reservations only basis whether that's for Afternoon Tea for two or a private party, a booking is always required.
How do I make a booking?
To make a booking, simply pop us over a message via email, WhatsApp or even a DM & a member of the team will assist with your booking request.
Afternoon Tea
Do you cater for Children?
Yes, we have various different experiences available for children age 3+ even afternoon tea.
Do you cater for allergens and intolerances?
Yes, we have on many occasions catered for various dietary requests including, Vegan, Gluten Free, Halal, Dairy Free, Nut Free etc. It is advised to mention all requests upon booking stage or advise a team member prior to your booking.
Parties & Events
Do you offer exclusive venue hire?
Yes both Dulwich and Purley venues are available for exclusive hire for any occasion of your choice to celebrate (we're waiting for a divorce party)
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes, you will have to bring your own glasses and we may restrict some spirits if we feel necessary to do so.
Do you offer parties for adults?
Absolutely yes!

Do you have parking?
At our Purley Branch there is a huge pay & display car park opposite the venue.
At our Dulwich branch there is plenty of FREE on street parking.
Do you host community events?
Yes we often host networking events for local businesses and are always open to new collaborative ideas too.
Do you offer Gift Vouchers?
yes both in physical form or online on the Gifts Page of our website.
Can I customise my experience?
yes we are open to creating bespoke packages to suit your needs.
